Refund & Return Policy

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Special order or backordered items
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect items sent

If you need an exchange, please contact us with photos and order details for faster processing.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, as long as they have not been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Processing & Delivery Considerations

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • In-stock items typically arrive within 5–10 business days
  • Backordered or special items may take 6–8 weeks
